International Sourcing Specialist
Position Summary:
As a Sourcing Specialist on our Purchasing Team, you are required to:

• Provide full service to assigned enquiries, including but not limited to, the sourcing and
  
• buying of semiconductors, passive electronic components and/or computer peripherals, utilizing our state-of-the-art information database.
  
• Provide quotes on products, negotiate a final price with suppliers and work closely with the sales support group to expedite the process.
  
• Remain up-to-date on market conditions including vendor base, their availabilities and
  
• requirements, as well as pricing and competitive alternatives.

Position Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree with 1-3 years related experience, or the equivalent in training and experience. Highly preferred: Graduates from top 25 Chinese Universities with Major in Science, Engineering, English or International Trade.
  
• Must be self-motivated, loyal, discreet and sales-oriented team player.
  
• Must be able to work under pressure, have strong communications skills and good command of both oral and written English.
  
• Highly preferred: a combination of sales and purchasing experience in the computer or electronics industry.
  
• Highly preferred: an individual who is currently working in the broker market and can bring existing customers to the table, as well as grow new business.

International Sales Manager/ Representative
Position Summary:
As a Sales Manager/Representative on our Sales Team, you are required to:

• Utilize your exceptional communications skills to work with a list of existing customer accounts, as well as prospect for buyers of semiconductors, passive electronic components and/or computer peripherals.
  
• Research customer needs and make cold calls to prospective customers to advertise Vadas’s products and services
  
• Effectively communicate with our purchasing representatives and negotiate pricing with customers.
  
• Match available inventory to customer needs

Position Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree with 1-3 years related experience or the equivalent in training and experience. Highly preferred: Graduates from top 25 Chinese Universities with Major in Science, Engineering, English or International Trade.
  
• Self-motivated, loyal, responsive, smart and sales-oriented team player.
  
• Good command of oral and written English, strong negotiating and interpersonal skills, aggressive sales personality capable of achieving significant quantitative results.
  
• Highly preferred: the ability to interact with and support external customers, to think clearly under pressure as well as “outside of the box” and to develop senior level business relationships.
  
• Highly preferred: Individual who is currently working in the broker market and able to bring existing customers to the table, as well as grow new business.

Sales Assistant
Position Summary:
As a Sales Assistant, you’re required to:

• Provide full service to Sales Team, including but not limited to, drafting Sales Order Form and other files relative to sales job, arranging shipment schedule to shipping staff according to customer’s order.
  
• File sales documents
  
• Effectively communicate with internal Sourcing Specialists and external Customers
  
• Help to follow sales manager’s daily job when sales is absent

Position Requirements:

• College degree with 1-3 years related experience
  
• Self-motivated, loyal, discreet, careful and sales-oriented team player.
  
• Must be able to work under pressure, good at written English.
  
• Better with CET-4 certificate or above.

Logistics Assistant
Position Summary:
As a logistics assistant, you’re required to:

• In charge of all the shipments, including but not limited to, drafting invoice and packing list, communicating with our HongKong Warehouse and arranging shipment according to sales manager’s request.
  
• File all documents and record daily transactions
  
• Effectively communicate with internal Sourcing Specialists and external Customers

Position Summary:
As an accountant, you’re required to:

• In charge of company’s normal financial affairs.
  
• Arrange payment to overseas vendors on time and Push Payment from overseas customers on Due Date.
  
• Check vendors and customers’ credit according to trade reference.
