P/O CONFIRMATION

• Once confirmed, all Purchase Orders are NCNR (Non-Cancelable & Non-Returnable)

PAYMENT TERMS

• Vadas offers all registered customers NET 30 DAYS payment terms. Trade Reference is required to set up a customer code in our system.
  
• For those non-registered customers, Vadas offers a payment term of T/T In Advance (or COD).
  
• Payment should be remitted within 30 days after the receipt of the formal invoice. Invoices will always refer to a PO number.

QUALITY WARRANTY

• All products supplied by Vadas International are in original factory packing.
  
• COC (Certificate of Compliance) can be provided upon request.
  
• Vadas provides you with a Quality Guarantee Period of 6 months. Within the warranty period, if products are found of quality problems or specification mismatch, excluding misoperation or factitious damages, you are allowed to access to an RMA process.

SHIPMENT TERMS

• All components will be delivered timely according to the required date on your P/O. In case of delayed delivery caused by Force Majeure (e.g. natural disasters, war, or the failure of third parties--such as suppliers and subcontractors), Vadas International is excused from liability.
  
• For your convenience, any of the shipping terms, FOB, CIF or FCA, is available for you to choose for each transaction.

RMA PROCESS

• A Failure Report is needed for an RMA request.
  
• Returned products will be gathered by Vadas after an RMA Number is provided.
  
• Sample testing will be carried out by the manufacturers or an authorized third party test center.
  
• Credit note will be released once function failure is confirmed.
